4. Payment Terms

Deliverables: Upon full payment, ownership rights to final deliverables are transferred to the client. LN Services Inc. retains the right to showcase work samples in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.
Use of Third-Party Tools: LN Services Inc. may use third-party platforms, software, and tools for service delivery, and clients agree to comply with those platforms’ terms of use.

8. Termination
Termination by Client: Clients may terminate the agreement with written notice of 30 days. Any outstanding fees for services rendered up to the termination date will be due.
Termination by LN Services Inc.: We reserve the right to terminate the agreement if the client fails to meet their obligations, violates these terms, or engages in unethical business practices.

9. Limitation of Liability
LN Services Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services in question.

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of California, United States. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, CA.

11. Modifications to Terms
